Siilo renews extensive PR & marketing agreement with Silver Buck after impactful NHS campaign

London, UK – May 2019 – Siilo, the provider of Europe’s most widely used,  secure messaging and collaboration tool for connected health and care teams, has renewed a comprehensive PR and marketing agreement with the UK’s fastest growing digital health PR and marketing company, Silver Buck.

The new, extended agreement comes after the agency exceeded targets to raise awareness, generate both bottom-up and top-down traction and put Siilo firmly in the spotlight with the NHS in just three months.

Siilo appointed Silver Buck in February 2019 after receiving extensive uptake of its solution in the Dutch and German healthcare markets amongst clinicians. As news of its impact began to spread organically across the NHS, the company realised there was a strong need to invest in a strategic campaign to capitalise on the growing demand in the UK.

In turn, many have been resorting to ineffective and unsafe consumer applications, such as WhatsApp, to fill this gap. Since we launched Siilo in the UK, more than 60+ NHS organisations are using the tool, and Silver Buck has been instrumental in increasing that uptake.

The initial campaign was measured against a range of challenging Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) – a goal system used by the most influential and innovative companies in the world, such as Google.

The first component of the agreement saw the two organisations collaborate to develop messaging that aligned Siilo with health and social care challenges across the UK – namely focusing on issues related to requirements for better collaborative communications tools inside and outside the hospital setting, improved security in sharing patient information and reducing healthcare professional burnout.

In addition, Silver Buck provided a comprehensive events campaign centred around Digital Health Rewired, which resulted in top tier press coverage from compelling thought leadership articles, queues at the exhibition stand and hundreds of leads.

Since working with Silver Buck, Siilo has seen a significant increase in downloads of the app, increases to website traffic and a high level of awareness of the company compared to just three months ago.

The next phase of the programme will focus on developing relationships with health and care professionals, as well as delivering a number of creative campaigns that will put Siilo further at the front of mind.
