PatientSource appoints Silver Buck as dedicated PR and marketing partner

PatientSource has appointed Silver Buck to provide a fully integrated PR and marketing campaign to raise its profile as the provider of the most comprehensive yet simple, useable and cost-effective electronic patient record solution in healthcare.

Silver Buck has been tasked with elevating PatientSource’s fast-growing reputation and, more specifically, develop the company’s messaging and branding, along with producing a number of hard-hitting PR campaigns over the next twelve months.

As well as revamping the PatientSource brand, Silver Buck plans to meet with existing PatientSource clients to build a more rounded understanding of how the company’s end-to-end and modular solutions are enhancing the lives of health and care professionals and, most importantly, their patients.

PatientSource is the only modern electronic patient record (EPR) system that has been designed and developed by a practising doctor who understands the complexities facing frontline clinicians and the need to keep things simple. As a result, PatientSource offers tailored functionality to ensure only the information that is needed is displayed and, due to its in-built feedback functionality, every solution has been refined and perfected by the frontline staff using its systems. The result is an EPR that cuts down on paper, reduces error rates and eases the burden of heavy workloads on NHS staff by increasing hospital efficiency and improving patient care and outcomes.

The solution, which is gaining significant traction with multiple sites across NHS, private sector and internationally, has been widely praised for its ease to procure and set-up and for how painless it is to deploy – in as little as a just a couple of months. The company was founded in 2011 by Dr Michael Brooks, a practising doctor at the James Paget Hospital in Norfolk, who has since assembled a dedicated team of health and tech professionals to deliver innovative data solutions to NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers across the UK and beyond.
