Who are you?

We are looking for a motivated, passionate Senior Account Executive to join our growing team of exceptional people. We need a forward-thinker who can work under their own steam.

You’ll support the day-to-day management of some of the most exciting accounts in health tech and take responsibility for specific areas such as social media content, blog schedules or awards entries helping to ensure that objectives are achieved, and deadlines are met.

You’ll also have an interest in progressing towards being able to manage clients or individuals and be keen to develop your skills whilst we support your learning curve.

It’s a hands-on role and you’ll be ready to get stuck in from day one!

That sounds like me, what experience do I need to have?

  • At least one years’ experience working as an account executive within an agency environment or equivalent in-house role
  • Solid understanding of PR and digital marketing within a B2B environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, either internal or external
  • Excellent track-record of meeting deadlines and delivering work to a high-standard
  • Excellent writing, editing and pitching skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in analysing and measuring PR and marketing activity
  • Ability to contribute ideas to new business proposals
  • Calm under pressure and highly-organised
  • Willingness to work ‘hands on’ across all areas of the business

It’s also beneficial, but not mandatory, to have:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of the digital health/health/tech industry
  • Hands-on experience of media relations with proven experience of building relationships with journalists

Tell me more! What will I do day-to-day?

  • Nurture and create new relationships with key media contacts and influencers
  • Spot new opportunities for news hijacking and proactive commentary/contributions from our clients
  • Create compelling written content for specific target audiences which requires minimal editing from account managers
  • Remain up-to-date with developments, policies and competitor activity in the healthcare and health tech sectors
  • Contribute to the positive relationships with clients with ideas to generate additional revenue
  • Support account managers during meetings, calls, events etc, as required
  • Play an active role supporting the wider team and drive ideas generation, proposal writing, quotes
  • Help devise and execute ideas to help raise the profile of Silver Buck amongst key audiences
  • Actively participate in client meetings including managing the preparation.

The salary band for this role is £30,500-£33,500 DOE
